She has led finance functions, implemented major finance systems, and supported executive teams in sectors including manufacturing, fintech, and technology.
Today, much of Hanzey’s work focuses on helping CEOs, founders, and leadership teams build financial confidence. Through practical finance training and strategic decision support, she helps leaders understand the numbers behind their business and use them to make better commercial decisions.
